Dental Hygienist

What They Do:

Dental Hygienists examine patients for signs of oral diseases, such as gingivitis, and provide dental hygiene, such as cleaning teeth. They also educate patients about oral health and preventative measures. May provide advanced care such as providing fluoride treatment or administering topical anesthesia.‍
